Once you receive your product, you have 14 days after receiving your package/order to request an exchange or refund. For your request to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions: 1 - Your product must never have been worn. 2 - Your product must be returned with the following items: original box, accessories and, most importantly, the seal still attached. Without these, your exchange will be refused. Important: Personalized/custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Each Stella Yato product is made to order and according to your personalization choices (texture, length, density or construction). For this reason, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
