Once your product is received, you have 14 days after receiving your package/order to request an exchange or refund. For your request to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions: 1 - Your product must never have been worn. 2 - Your product must be returned with the following items: original box, accessories and especially the seal still attached. Without these, your exchange will be refused. Important: Customized/made-to-measure orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Every Stella Yato product is made to order according to your customization choices (texture, length, density, or construction). For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of our error or a defective product.
